What we collect
- You give usName, phone number, email address and the content of your message when you submit the enquiry form or contact us on WhatsApp.
- Collected automaticallyStandard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and, if enabled, anonymised analytics data.
- We never collectPayment card details. Online orders are handled entirely by GrabFood and foodpanda on their own platforms.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes for catering or franchise discussions, and improve how the website works. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site — currently our web host and the form-handling service that delivers enquiry emails to us. They process data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by Malaysian law.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. If we enable a web analytics tool, it will be configured to anonymise IP addresses. Your browser settings can block cookies at any time without breaking the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop processing it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 21 days.
